No Refund Policy
Brand Monk Academy does not offer refunds on any course fee, enrollment fee, or program payment once a seat is booked. All payments made to Brand Monk Academy are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in any of our courses, programs, workshops, or certifications, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all courses, programs, workshops, certifications, and training modules offered by Brand Monk Academy, whether conducted online, offline, or in hybrid formats.
2. No Refund on Course Fees
All course fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes full payments, partial payments, installments, registration fees, and any other amount paid toward enrollment. Students are advised to review all course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and placement terms carefully before making payment.
3. No Refund After Booking
Once a payment is made and the enrollment is confirmed, no refund will be processed under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, relocation, health issues, or non-attendance.
4. No Transfer or Adjustment
Fees are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against another course, batch, or individual. Any request to transfer enrollment to another person or program is not permitted.
5. Digital Products and Workshops
Payments made for e-books, templates, downloadable resources, recorded sessions, and short-duration workshops or masterclasses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. No-Show and Non-Attendance
Participants who fail to attend the program, miss classes, or do not complete the course for any reason will not be eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.
7. Batch Transfers
Requests to transfer to another batch are not guaranteed and may be considered only at the sole discretion of Brand Monk Academy, subject to seat availability and payment of applicable administrative charges.
8. Scholarships and Discounts
Any scholarship, discount, or promotional offer applied to enrollment is not encashable, transferable, or refundable under any circumstance.
9. EMI and Financing
Students opting for EMI or third-party financing remain fully responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Non-completion of EMI does not qualify for a refund or cancellation of the enrollment.
