Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Brand Monk Academy ("Institute," "we," "our," or "us") processes requests for cancellation of enrollment and refund of course fees. By enrolling in any of our programs, you ("Student," "Participant," or "you") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all courses, programs, workshops, certifications, and training modules offered by Brand Monk Academy through its website, whether conducted online, offline, or in hybrid formats.
2. General Conditions
All fees paid toward enrollment are deemed non-transferable and non-assignable. Students are advised to carefully review program details, eligibility, and financial commitments before making payment. Refunds, is not applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with this Policy.
5. Digital Products and Short-Term Workshops
Payments made for e-books, templates, downloadable resources, and short-duration workshops/masterclasses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend the program without submitting a valid written cancellation request in accordance with this Policy shall not be eligible for a refund, adjustment, or transfer.
7. Batch Transfers
Requests for transfer to another batch may be considered at the sole discretion of the Institute, subject to seat availability and payment of applicable administrative charges.
8. Scholarship and Discounted Enrollments
Any scholarship, discount, or promotional offer applied to enrollment shall not be encashed, transferred, or refunded under any circumstance.
9. Procedure for Cancellation
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitalscholar.in. The request must include:
- Full legal name of the participant
- Registered email address and mobile number
- Program name and enrollment details
- Reason for cancellation
Requests made verbally, via telephone, or through social media will not be considered valid.
10. Processing of Refunds
Where applicable, approved refunds shall be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
11. Amendments to Policy
Digital Scholar reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the official website at the time of enrollment shall apply.
