1. Enrollment & Eligibility All students must meet the basic eligibility criteria for course enrollment, which may include a minimum age requirement and educational qualifications. All applications are subject to review and approval by the academy.
2. Attendance Requirement: Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance for both online and offline classes. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may result in being barred from certification or graduation.
3. Code of Conduct: All students must maintain professional and respectful behavior toward fellow students, instructors, and staff. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will result in disciplinary action, including potential expulsion from the academy.
4. Course Progression: Students are required to complete all assignments, projects, and assessments on time. Failure to meet academic or project deadlines may lead to non-certification, grade penalties, or additional remedial classes at extra cost.
5. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including video lectures, PDFs, assignments, and project templates, are the intellectual property of the academy. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Fee Payment Policy: Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless an installment plan is agreed upon. Any late payments may result in suspension from the course or a late fee charge.
7. Refund Policy: We operate under a no-refund policy once the course has commenced. Refunds may only be considered in extreme circumstances as outlined in the separate refund policy, with applicable deductions.
8. Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the official request, after the deduction of applicable fees and costs.
9. Use of Academy Resources: Students must use academy resources (such as computers, software, and equipment) responsibly. Damage to any equipment caused by negligence or misuse will result in a penalty charge equivalent to the repair or replacement cost.
10. Certification Criteria: To receive certification, students must complete all coursework, practical projects, and pass any assessments. A minimum performance standard, determined by the instructor, must be met for certification eligibility.
